I got bad news today about my gums. But the staff turned that into a very positive experience. Joan did a very careful diagnosis of the problem—and then exploit to me, showing me the problem. And then she and Stephanie worked out a way that I could get a full treatment—today! Stephanie walked me through what I needed to know financially, and even stayed late to make sure I got rescheduled. Then Cassie explained everything I needed to know about what to do post-op, and demonstrated how to deal with my gums. Then Joan did a very careful procedure to scale and clean my teeth and gums. She even used a laser, which was a lot more gentle than what I’ve had in the past. Then she explained to me a much better way to clean my teeth, and gave me an incredibly handy little device that gives me the power to get into places in my gums I’ve never been able to reach. Between her and Cassie’s explanations, they have given me a chance to totally transform the way I take care of teeth! I’m certainly pleased with my visit today, and very grateful.
